Was not happy with the tax pro this year always kept getting up to help another coworker and acted like she didn't know what she was doing part of the time. Should have never taken that long, I'm very disappointed and probably won't be going to hrblock in the future . Janice Murphy was my tax pro the year before I think she has done them for like 4 or 5 years, however I didn't have her this year it was all new faces. Guess new faces equals problems and time wasting
