We filed with H and R block online this year. It was my 16 year old daughters first time filing taxes and we ran into some questions. So we went to the office in paw paw and the lady up there not only did not help me, but made me feel like an idiot for asking for help. I have been going through H&R for 16 years and this will be the last year.
This was my first visit to this office and everything was great. Amber did my taxes, she was wonderful. Thank you for great service. UPDATE: My second time using this office with Amber. This time however I also used their own line system along with Amber everything was so easy and quick. Will be back next year. Thank you Amber!
