What started off as a good experience turn into a nightmare. I went to this HR Block in February 20 24 and they were done on the spot with no issues. A year later I went to go see a CPA regarding some things. It turned out that my tax preparer made an error with the child tax credit and I actually owed the IRS $1000 plus whatever interest was due.
