I really like the service. It was easy to get an appointment in place and also use online options to provide documents that would be used for the tax forms. My preparer was friendly and kept great communication. I was also alert once my taxes were accepted. I would definitely use them again.
The worst website experience I ever have, their payment system isn't working properly with mobile . While contacting the technical side, they are also not able to solve the issues They are transferring call from one person to another. My entire two days have gone for this 2023 tax return filing with hrblock. Whoever the website created doesn't have enough knowledge about the system, it has lots of bugs that even their technical persons couldn't solve.
