I started it working on my taxes from home with the app. it states if you file from home with a tax expert cost is $60 so that’s how I started to file.now they had some questions. I went in to the office to answer them and bring in all the documents just in case. They took me back there to talk to one of the tax representatives and since I followed them back and sat down and went over everything that was already done on the app they hit me with since I came to the office everything I did on line was useless to them and the p... read more
Had some issues with Michelle. Not very knowledgeable, lots of attitude, and made her opinions very clear on electric cars when nobody asked.
Lots of obviously fake 5 star reviews. Absolutely avoid this H & R location. They charged my elderly relative entire $300 refund for preparing the simplest possible return that probably took them 10 minutes to complete. Apparently credit card info was stolen as well because bogus charges occurred immediately afterward.
I will definitely NEVER use this company to file taxes again. They did not upload my taxes into the application so I asked for an email and they will not email it so instead; I had to make an appointment and they charged me just to get a copy of taxes that they didn’t provide. This is ridiculous
