I started it working on my taxes from home with the app. it states if you file from home with a tax expert cost is $60 so that’s how I started to file.now they had some questions. I went in to the office to answer them and bring in all the documents just in case. Had some issues with Michelle. Not very knowledgeable, lots of attitude, and made her opinions very clear on electric cars when nobody asked.
Lots of obviously fake 5 star reviews. Absolutely avoid this H & R location. They charged my elderly relative entire $300 refund for preparing the simplest possible return that probably took them 10 minutes to complete. Apparently credit card info was stolen as well because bogus charges occurred immediately afterward.
