I have been using H&R Block in Cedartown for over 7 years now. Paula and anyone who has answered the phone over these years have always been genuinely nice and helpful about my taxes. Paula and the team there have also shown me compassion thru the loss of my daughter and other personal things going on in my life. I know each person has their own experience whether it be good or bad but before you post bad try and consider their situations as well.
Purchased Service to have taxes reviewed by a Pro and they are stuck in Tax Pro status. I submitted on September 30th and probably won't file on time. There has been no communication from my tax pro since the generic message when I purchased the service.
The H&R Block team in Cedartown is the best! Will always use them for my tax needs!
Paula is the best!!
I've worked with Paula the past 2 years and she does a great job. All I've had to do is upload my documents and she takes care of the rest in a very quick and accurate manner. H&R Block and Paula take the worry out of doing my taxes each year.
