Poor communication, work ethic and lack of accountability. I went in person in March to submit paperwork for an amendment and was told it would be completed the first week of April. When I called during the second week of April, I was told it would be finished the following week. After that week passed, I called again and continued to get the runaround with excuse after excuse.
