Before making my appointment, I confirmed with H&R customer service if there was a fee to review my taxes.. When I arrived for my appt. Wesley informed me there was a charge of $50.. I found him rude and not personalable. He was not helpful. I was there for only 10 mins and left.
They filed my taxes with someone else ss#. Took it to have it fixed only to find out it wasn't done correctly. So had them redone for the 2nd time. Then come to find out they were still wrong.....so here it is the 3rd time they are being done.
They blew up my texts all week reminding me that my appointment was on 3/10 at 6:30pm. I get there...and they couldn't find my appointment and the person who was scheduled to help me with my taxes...left. The receptionist had no clue on finding my appointment and then went to the back and had a good laugh with someone else. P.S. Thank you to Georgia (who was a wonderful help) from the Semoran/Apopka office and to Wesley for helping make this situation have a positive outcome.
