Our tax “expert” did not review any of our disclosed documents prior to our appointment and went as far as including my ex-husband’s information on our account. In a world of digital media, where no one sends paper anymore for any documents. They require your documents on paper because someone blamed their customer USB, instead of the phishing scam they actual fell for. What a joke.
