I've used this H&R Block office for about 5 years without any sort of issue. This year however they changed the associate I worked with and I received truly absimable service and despite paying close to $1000 for their tax preperation ended up owing hundreds in late fees to the IRS despite paying extra for their peace of mind protection. The reason my taxes were filed late was due to extremely poor, unclear and slow communication from HR Block.
