They are good but to expensive for me. I used them then started doing my own taxes. Nothing against them or no complaint but the price to do taxes. I want as much as I can get back sorry. Also if you put that you are open from 12-4 on Sunday people expect someone to be there.
I sent email stated my situation. Why do charge so much for 15 minutes of nothing but trouble. My Oklahoma refund is messed up. I was unemployment. The coupon didn't work and your company hasn't fixed yet. So Ms. Simon or headquarters of your company needs to find my refund and give back my money. People of America do not use this company at all. Trust me, they really don't care.
