Cypress Pkwy location is the worst. It's more a hispanic social club than a business . Never on time & customers kept waiting.
If I can give a 0 star I will. I went to one of their branches in hunters Creek and have been told that everything is all set after 30 days I will get $2,500 in my tax return. I paid $230.00 in the office after 30 days they didn't process my tax and have been told when I came back that I have to filled it jointly. I am 3-6 months divorced with my ex husband.
