Dina was very professional and did a great job on preparing our taxes.
Been filing tax’s with them for 6-7 years on but this year who ever helped us ! You know who you are ! You guys are the worse I don’t think you guys know what you’re doing! The year 2026 with you guys sucked!
Not only was this location conveniently down the street from our house but Dina made the process FAST & EASY my husband & I got our taxes filed in no time & Dina was SUPER SWEET and INFORMATIVE she answered all of our questions very clearly & gave us realistic time frames on when we’d be receiving our returns we will definitely be back next year! ☺️

Where's my tax refund??? Usually takes a week and a half This time it's over 2 weeks Maybe the lady that didn't mine is a little slow who knows I can't wait to receive it Maybe I'll change my mind and give five stars!!!!!I will call in today to see what happened??? Hopefully Miss Schaefer did not forget and did it right away as soon as I left and paid!!!!! This is my first time that it took over two weeks in any tax branch that I've attained just wondering????
