Cypress Pkwy location is the worst. It's more a hispanic social club than a business . Never on time & customers kept waiting.
If I can give a 0 star I will. I went to one of their branches in hunters Creek and have been told that everything is all set after 30 days I will get $2,500 in my tax return. I paid $230.00 in the office after 30 days they didn't process my tax and have been told when I came back that I have to filled it jointly. I am 3-6 months divorced with my ex husband. First time at this office, woman at the front desk was nice but the woman they had do my taxes i felt was very judgmental towards me because of my tattoos maybe, also felt like she was rushing to get me out of there. She seemed like she didn’t know how to file my 1099 and was confused about my stride miles calculator form for my Lyft job.
