Hard to imagine a business that would reject a paying customer while providing an incorrect information at the same time.
The lady who is supposedly the manager needs a beginner’s course on customer service and would also benefit from kindergarten-level intro to principles of politeness Her employees clearly are afraid of her. Horrible manager who thinks too highly of herself
I had the pleasure of seeing Rubina for my taxes this year. I waited until almost the last minute because my previous experience with tax professionals has made me feel small and chastised. Would give 10 stars if we could. We have used this office of H&R Block for the past four or five years. Really exceptional service and Rubina the person who has helped us has been truly magnificent. Professional, patient, understanding, always up on the latest tax laws, and always able to answer our questions. Would never ever trust a robot to be as good as this wonderful human help. Most appreciative for all. Thanks.
My Experience was very good. The office was very pleasant and professional and easy to get to and hours were perfect. Amin Shaikh my tax preparer, first time visit was very helpful. Answered my questions, extremely professional. Definitely will be back next season.
