My tax pro was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The process of uploading all of our paperwork before meeting with a tax pro was easy. The office was clean and the staff were friendly.
I had a lovely experience working with Kathleen Love. I went into the office fully preparing myself to pay a load and get my behind handed to me. But just like a commercial, I left fully relieved because she was able to work her magic & i ended up getting a refund ! She was so kind and thorough during the whole process.
