The only thing that I can say is God damn you , I had an appointment at 7 pm the women her name was ji she talk to me so bad in the waiting room , and when I get angry the way that she talk to me she gave me a paper that I should go to other h and r block s , in the last day of tax filing at 7 pm , this ppl take advantage of their power, I , I can’t trust these unlettered ppl never ever , h and r block should think about their employees or will loos their customers ,by hiring a bunch of not responsible ppl who even can’t kee... read more

You can get a true expert, or you can get someone that gives you the impression this is their first time... I'll let you guess what my experience was this time.
Very unprofessional and unresponsive. I tried to get in touch with the person doing my taxes for weeks. Called and left messages with receptionist and sent multiple emails without without response. I had to show up in person to be able to speak to the person. When I got there the person I was trying to get in touch was just sitting at her desk with legs crossed. Got my documents and took my business elsewhere. STAY AWAY. AT LEAST FROM THIS LOCATION.
