Yup, like other reviewers, I confirm that agents in this branch are rude and unhelpful. Got pushed out on the excuse that it is a busy tax season and the branch doesn’t take non resident aliens (as if NRAs on work visas do not also have to file taxes just like anyone). The lack of grace and rudeness as well as the comment on my wife’s foreign name was beyond unprofessional, it is unacceptable. Run away from this branch and let it rot and collapse from malpractice. Nobody is going to miss it.
Incorrectly charged on Feb 22… today is April April 13 and still awaiting response from manager!! Have reached out several times to Jeanette Manzo about issue and NOBODY HAS RESPONDED. But yet I got several emailed reminders to pay and file on time. Total BS.
The only thing that I can say is God damn you , I had an appointment at 7 pm the women her name was ji she talk to me so bad in the waiting room , and when I get angry the way that she talk to me she gave me a paper that I should go to other h and r block s , in the last day of tax filing at 7 pm , this ppl take advantage of their power, I , I can’t trust these unlettered ppl never ever , h and r block should think about their employees or will loos their customers ,by hiring a bunch of not responsible ppl who even can’t kee... read more
