Goodness. Don’t use H&R Block!! Dropped my taxes at North Main Street Jax, FL 32218 in April 2025. They never called me, texted me or emailed me. Tried calling numerous times, no answer. Finally on May 22, 2025 someone called me. My taxes have been done for a while, but Mary went on vacation. So my taxes are in limbo! So now I have to go there Saturday to pick up my paperwork and take somewhere else! And don’t try and call corporate office, waste of time!!! What a joke!!

Excellent customer service from the moment you walk in. The receptionist was very nice and my Tax Pro was excellent. Roberta was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the time spent with her. It didn't even seem like I was getting my taxes done. I even had a piece of Tax Pro Tracy's cake, which was delicious. I recommend this location to everyone. See you all next year, God willing.
Edited: I contacted corporate. Nothing was done. We will not be using H&R Block again. You showed me your priorities are getting one over on your clients and corporate is okay with the mistreatment. While having our taxes prepared we weren’t told during the process of the price going up. Neither were we given the promise of price match guarantee. We paid close to $300.
