Tax Preparer Did Not Change My Bank Account and now I have to wait for my bank account that is closed to reject the money and wait on a paper check!!!!! Totally Ridiculous!!!
Friendly staff. Not the best at tax returns. They filed the wrong tax year for me and I was sent a check from the IRS that had to be returned. Also was charged for an amendment even though the tax preparer was the one who forgot to add in a w-2 given. Expensive for mediocre service.
