I prepared my taxes online last year through turbotax with less headache then this! These people do not know how to prepare your taxes! Got charged over $200 for an "easy" 20min tax filing process afterward I went to the income tax department who told me that my tax prepares had made not one but several mistakes. Will not be trusting H & R again next year.
The hours state they're open, but nobody is in the store. I guess call before you go because the door-posyed hours don't mean anything.
