ZERO STARS. No one knew what they were doing and they couldn't keep any of their facts right, should have been my big red flag. Absolute joke. They never completed filing my taxes so I had to deal with that on my own and then they also proceeded to charge me over $300 in just services that they never even did. Waste of time and money. DO NOT use HR Block. EDITED TO ADD: because HR Block FAILED TO FILE MY TAXES like they PROMISED THEY WOULD I also received SEVERAL hundred dollars in FINES from the Federal Bureau and the IRS. ... read more
