This is my sole opinion - Had an appointment with Mr.Arturo. Right from before the appointment he wanted me to show up earlier than my appointment because he wanted to leave early. Once at the place, rather than looking closer to the documents, he just looked vaguely and concluded that I am missing some necessary documents. I found out that all information necessary was right there after I left the place.
