I went to do my taxes today and decided to try H&R Block. I have been using TurboTax for over a decade...until the messed taxes up last year.H&R's facility was clean, quiet and the staff was amazing. More specifically, Ms. Micheala Nail, was an absolute delight. She was fast, thorough AND she got me a bigger refund than Turbo Tax, by almost $1000 more!
