Most amazing tax experience ever!!!! I used Rose who is incredible at what she does. She had three meetings with me due to my complex tax situation and at each appointment she spent so much time educating me on how to maximize my deductions and what to do moving forward to ensure I get the best return. She is the best and truly shows she cares about helping people. I highly recommend using her for all your tax needs and appreciate her so much. 5 stars for Rose!!!!!
Fast friendly good service ty
Made an appointment. Showed up a few minutes early. They looked at my paperwork, decided (before we even had a conversation) that I was there to 'use them' for free service to go file my taxes elsewhere. I tried to explain what I needed help with and they told me to call TurboTax. I didn't even get a chance to ask about their loan services. Definetly wouldn't use their services when they make assumptions about clientele. Honestly seemed like they didn't want to work that day
Very unprofessional
DO NOT FILE WITH H&R BLOCK I filed with them for 15 years with no issue. This last year they made a 7400 mistake on my taxes. When I went back to them they said I should work directly with the IRS. I still have not received my money. When I try to call H&R Block to get a refund I am told there is no way to reach that department. They promise to call but never do.
