Horrible experience! I was recommended by H&R Block customer service to get in contact with a local office to help with a tax form I was unfamiliar with. So I did. I SCHEDULED an appointment and had it set with Angela N. Well she called prior to our set time and had to “re-schedule” because they double booked. She ended up calling half hour after my rescheduled time. Whatever. Well I told her my issue and that I needed assistance with filling out a form the IRS needed. No help. I wish I could give zero stars, Molly Mendez not only was condescending but clueless on what I told her IRS was requesting from me even when I explained I spoke to Kay Hunter the day before, which by the way was the sweetest person. She questioned why Kay did not help me instead, that was irrelevant, I made an appointment for a reason. Bottom line she made me feel I was asking her something insane and was not welcoming at all. First and last time I will ever attempt to do business with H&R Block.
called a different location and the location that's taking the calls and business from the Mill location is the same location I'm trying to get away from. They cliaed in 2019! Why is it still in a search if they haven't been open since 2019! The Rual location has the rudest, most condesending lady, think her name is Molly, I have had the displeasure of encountering.
