I used to do my taxes at A HR and I reach out to a different office for help to help me find on line, a page , the Lady @ H&R BLOCK 468 Salem st medford ma 02155 LADY was RUDE and said she wouldn't beable to help to show me that page to find even after I said I had a learning disorder. besides the fact. she was So RUDE with her rude laughed and snicker addutide and also she tried to lie , she lied stated. that today April 15th. was the last that I can have them done and about the date. when taxes had to be done even though s... read more

Jill Nelson did a great job on my tax prep. I have worked with her for a few years now and am very happy with the results.
Most likely, I have been with H&R block for 3 years now and Im very satisfied.
Worth it for help with any of your tax questions when you want to deal with a human being who understands what you need and not a computer.
