To start had a 9am appointment time when the office opened and I had to wait about 10 mins. The when the office IT system is not up-to-date and cannot pull in W2 as it has for the past 6 years. I explained I would go use a company that can pull W2 like has been done for the last 6 years. At this point the agent lost her mind and refused service because I said I would go use turbo tax if HR Blocks local system is not up-to-date to hand the same process it had for the past 6 years. The girl that done mine cheated me out of my money when I post to get child credit for my kids and she didn't do it I even went back up there and told her she try to lie to me and said that only for people that owe back taxes not for people that have kids I will not go to them ever again
