It says your open online but when you go there a lock on the door, ugh so inconvenient. How are you supposed to run a business. Went to the one in Columbania it says your open and at boardman Canfield one so I go that one is closed. I've been a loyal customer for years all I need is a replacement card which I was told I could go to anyone and they would give me another temporary card because my other one was hacked .. not many days till Christmas and I have kids I need this money for
HnR Block Salem,Ohio Shady deal here, I feel this preparer, Dan lied a couple times at least. He entered the wrong checking account in to his computer which he should have rechecked but mistakes happen. But then when I checked with the IRS and it said it was deposited but I didn’t get it without checking he just made up a story.
