Had an appointment for 9am today that was booked online and I received a confirmation email. Showed up and the door was locked, no one there. Tried calling the number that was listed and was on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on. Go elsewhere.

Went there with all the documents I was told to bring, and then was told a totally different story when I was at the appointment. A waste of my time going here, and I don’t feel I can trust their professionalism.
They filed a wrong tax with wrong tax treaty for me back in 2022. Mary filed the return on my behalf. I tried to convince her that she filed it wrong. It took me two straight years to finally convince them that she did it wrong. When I was able to convince her finally she filed for an amendment. But again! Wrong one. She can't explain anything she does and makes the laws by her own. Like she did something wrong while using her app and that showed me a wrong refund amount.
