Vicki Carpi helped me with my brother’s taxes. He was ill and I am his power of attorney. He needed his taxes done and also needed to figure out how much more he needed taken out of his wife’s annuity, who has passed away, so he would no longer need to pay each year. Vicki was patient and kind. She helped us figure everything out. We will definitely be coming back and asking for her next year. Thank you
Tzezarina was quick to get me my maximum refund. She was friendly and knowledgeable.
Personally not a fan, I found the tax "professional" I had could not complete in a proper manner. The person did not know what tax documents were required and had to reference multiple coworkers, not what I would expect from a "professional". The amount that H&R Block said I owed vs actual, was off by $2,000, VERY glad I went somewhere else that could complete the job. I will also mention, the price through H&R Block was ~$400, the CPA I went to was $190. All around, highly dissapointed in this place

Vicki and Ben were super patient and helpful! They made an anxiety-ridden chore easy and pleasant, and I fully intend to be back working with them again next year.
