My husband made an appointment. Online stated opened. Drove from Foley since their offices are closed. Fairhope office closed. None of these offices are opened. Forget phone calls. DO NOT GET EMERALD CARD. charge for using your own money. If it's locked # don't match ss#. No help, None!
