I went to this H&R Block this year and was very pleased that the tax consultant informed me that I did not need to file a return this year. I will return to this location again if ever need to file because she seemed very knowledgeable. Thank you
The purpose of making an appointment is to respect both the business's and the client’s time. Booking for 1:30 and not being seen until 3:15 is unacceptable. If you cannot keep a scheduled time, you shouldn't offer the slot. Very disappointed in the lack of professional punctuality here.
