My experience with H&R Block was absolutely terrible, and Mauricia Blackwood was the main cause. She displayed an astonishing level of incompetence and dishonesty throughout the entire process. Mauricia lied directly to me multiple times, which resulted in a frustrating and unnecessary 8-month ordeal. Her actions showed a complete lack of understanding and professionalism.
