If I could give -100 stars I would. Let me start by saying Linda was incredible, she stepped up and helped us when it was clear no one else could. Cher was also amazing when the rest of the team were SIGNIFICANTLY clueless in how to help us, so shout out to them. Now to the review. We live in Hawi, and so it takes some planning to go to Waimea. We go back every year to file our taxes and it’s always a pleasure! Our agent, Stephanie, was great, kind, and the process was very quick!
Stephanie was incredibly supportive in helping us with our taxes this year as a married couple. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the process much easier for us. Highly recommend
