This place is horrid. Absolutely did my taxes incorrectly. Rude, unknowable and I will never be coming back.
We had our tax review done by Gopichand Anne today. He’s very knowledgeable and summarized our tax documents accurately within a few minutes. He was very pleasant to work with. We Highly recommend him!!!
Spruce bank is the worst. Terrible customer service. My tax refund was frauded for $750. Called them several times. They basically called me a liar and refuse to reimburse me. I even submitted a police report. They still refuse. I see on reddit and apple reviews this isn't the first time. Anyone seeing this do not get your tax money through spruce.
