Disappointing and unprofessional experience. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment specifically for ITIN document verification, which they happily confirmed. However, when I arrived, the tax professional assigned to me was not a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) and had absolutely no knowledge of the ITIN process. I took time off work and drove all the way to this office just to receive an apology. If you need accurate, specialized tax services, avoid this location. I would give 0 stars if I could.
I’ve had no problem any other year except this year. I have been a long time customer 10+ years and this is the only year that I was told that if you file online you cannot get your fees taken out of your return.
Very easy to work with and made me feel secure with their service.
A great experience! Our tax expert, Jenny, was knowledgeable and helpful! The receptionist was professional and kind.
