I’ve had no problem any other year except this year. I have been a long time customer 10+ years and this is the only year that I was told that if you file online you cannot get your fees taken out of your return.

A great experience! Our tax expert, Jenny, was knowledgeable and helpful! The receptionist was professional and kind.
The office manager/front desk receptionist really turned me off on two points, she came back to our tax professional twice to let her know people were waiting for their appointment. Having used this service for years, these things happen and anybody that makes an appointment should expect a little leeway in seeing a professional. The way this was handled, was less than stellar and certainly shouldn’t have been done in front of customers.
