If I could give this place no stars… I called to ask what it would costa do how to go about an amendment quoted 120 on the phone… lady tells me it’s 500 up front… ok so as we are speaking she answered the phone 3 different times. Like what? I’m in the middle of my appointment. Not a hello please hold… it was hello da da da da da da.. whole conversation … seriously. That’s why I never file with this place thought I’d try it since I needed it done asap. SMH never again. Customer service has gone horribly down hill.
