If I could rate a zero I definitely would. My partner went to file here for the first time and the H&R Block employee representing the company, Elias Ambriz, tried to do a dirty job helping my partner. For starters, he did not include a first time discount that I’m very well aware of exists. Second, my partner recently started uber this new year(2025).
