Ive been going here for 20 years. Never had to wait 25 minutes past an appointment time. It would have been who knows how much longer. Apparently they are overbooked. My time is more valuable than that.
If you have complicated taxes (multiple businesses, itemized deductions, etc) come see Lesley at the Jackson, MI location, off E Mich Ave. Not only is she friendly, helpful, and seems to love what she does, she cheered with me when my tax payment was exactly what I saved for. I had a bad experience several years ago at this location. Had an appointment, it took over half an hour to see the preparer, and then she was not very knowledgeable, so I left and selected a different service. I am very happy I left.
