Will never use this location again on Parnell Rd in Jackson Michigan. They forgot to take include a 1099. Their property process of scanning your documents and returning them to you is defective. They even ignored the scanned check list I included with the the document they forgot to include. Their team leader Daniel Stoos was unapologetic. 26 year customer of HR Block. Very disappointed.Had to make 2 26 mile round trips to pick up taxes due to errors.
Best staff EVER!!! All very friendly & knowledgeable.
Charla was very helpful and delightful to work with. Tax season is always a stressful time for me and she made it perfect.
I am very satisfied with the service I received.
