Came here last year, was in and out in 10 minutes… Was explained nothing, and the woman barely spoke English. And was charged 120 dollars.. This year I went to Brooke/Hancock family resource network, and they thoroughly explained what I needed to do for my back taxes and guided me through the process and steps on exactly what I needed to do. LIARS. Told me my prep fees would come out of my fed taxes but my state came in first so they took all of my state towards it and NEVER told me that would happen. LIARS.
Did not put my income in with my husband she stapled to our return but never filed it as a result we owe thousands!! Never offered piece of mind. Make SURE YOU PAY FOR piece of mind !!!
