This was a terrible experience. Absolutely won't trust someone with my money who cannot find documents on their own portal, in their own email, needed to be shown how to print documents, refusing to even check for online documents because theyre "too busy", call me by the wrong name multiple times, and when frustration was expressed told "well you don't have to stay here". Never again will HR block have my business.
