Easy enough to use, but BEWARE of the add ons. We did our taxes here in Canada and chose the DELUXE version because the FREE version does not accept any income from bank account interest. However when completing the return, the system is forcing us to upgrade to DELUXE so that we can consider investment income losses which we do not have any. System will not let us skip this upgrade and freezes our system. Very poor effort H&R.
Not for the self employed. If you own a business or you're self employed and work from home, I suggest finding an actual accountant that works for other businesses.
