Okay so the first two years I went everything went great everything went smoothly then this year when I went I had sent the lady all my information ahead of time and she had everything done when I got there but she put in my W-2 wrong and because she didn't realize it until after she submitted it I had to do an amended return and wait 16 to 20 weeks for the rest of my taxes which I still have not received yet all because she didn't look at the year.
