Mia was wonderful. She was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back to her for my future tax forms.
I didn't end up filing and I was told I had to still pay $50 for coming in and being seen. Without any notice or proof this policy is correct I was pressured into filing or paying them.
These people are worthless. Made an appt. because a certain person had to be there to get a code for my taxes. Seems they are the only certified tax preppers for this code issue in Memphis. I took an uber and the person I had an appt with was not there and the only other person there could barely speak english and NO HELP. DO NOT WASTE YOUR LIFE TRYING TO DO BUSINESS HERE.
Always a good experience here. I have worked with several professionals at this office and they all do a great job.
