H&R Block fell way short of my expectations. I normally use Turbo Tax, but in 2023 I sold a house in one state and moved to another state and bought a new house. My tax situation is pretty simple compared to most other people, but at the end of the day taxes can still be a scary process. The staff at the location I work with are always friendly, helpful, and have gotten to know me as an individual person and not just another tax client. They provide me with helpful tips for next season, and my appointments are quick and thorough!
