I originally started my taxes with H&R block at the start of March. The branch closest to me delayed a bunch, wasted about a month and didn't solve my tax issue. Laurie reached out after, didn't give me any response until the day taxes were due and then did the same exact thing the other branch did. I asked them to file an extension and she tried to charge me $100. Despicable behavior. Don't trust them. Go to a small local tax professional for better services and pricing.
