I had a 5pm appointment which I was 10 minutes early for. I waited one hour. I then received a text saying I missed my appointment and please reschedule. There was no one at the front desk to inquire what was going on and the person I was scheduled with didn't check to see if his next appointment was there. I'm definitely not recommending this H&R Block.
