I don't know if I'm just an idiot and don't know how it works but as a first time costumer I was pretty disappointed. Everyone was fairly nice but I wasn't clued in at all as to what it would cost to file through their office. I ended up paying about $300 and that just seems very high to me as someone with pretty standard jobs and no personal business or anything like that.
