Nightmare service. Dropped off documents for preparation of my parents' taxes in early March, with an in-person appointment scheduled on March 11. The morning of March 11, the preparer called to cancel the appointment, saying he needed a little more time. By early April I was getting concerned, but preparer kept assuring me "it will get done".
