I made an appointment for Friday at 11:30. I walked in and they said my appointment was yesterday (it wasn’t). Told me they would have someone to help me soon and made me wait another 30 minutes. Took off work for this appointment. Very disappointed with the scheduling error and will not be returning in the future.
Really not pleased with my experience this time around. Documents and all the information year over year seem to have changed. The tax preparer not including my kid at first then not having my property information even though it’s in the system. Over $350 to file state and federal is highway robbery for little to no work being done and me uploading all the info. To plug numbers into a spreadsheet and get paid that much should be illegal. Says they have a bunch of availability but has cancelled twice due to no availability. Would give zero stars if I could.
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This is no reflection on the kind lady at the front desk who is simply doing her job. We made an appointment online to both meet and drop off our documents with Mark Gness today (3/4) at 5:45 PM. I received email confirmation and a text asking me to upload my documents in advance, which I opted out of because I knew I'd be meeting with Mr. Gness. 10/10 front desk lady but besides that they don’t respect your time or you as a client.
