If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This is no reflection on the kind lady at the front desk who is simply doing her job. We made an appointment online to both meet and drop off our documents with Mark Gness today (3/4) at 5:45 PM. I received email confirmation and a text asking me to upload my documents in advance, which I opted out of because I knew I'd be meeting with Mr. Gness. 10/10 front desk lady but besides that they don’t respect your time or you as a client.
2022 taxes were prepared by Masud Mamun. I found out from the IRS in May 2024 that my 2022 taxes were not filed. No return calls or emails from Masud. Finally got an appt to refile taxes. Masud had not explanation or apology for taxes not being filed. Masud was supposed to submit a refund of tax filing fee after approval from branch manager, which he received, but never submitted and again would not respond to emails or calls.
