Gave paperwork in February and not done 4-13-26 and I am leaving town. Poor service by Masud Mamum
I had an appointment for 9:00am this morning, and when I arrived I was told that the person with whom I was meeting did not work today. This, after receiving multiple reminder emails in the days leading up to the appointment. Disappointing.
I made an appointment for 1 hour. I showed up 15 minutes early so they could scan my paperwork. The lady was very rude and said I should’ve dropped off the papers earlier and now she doesn’t have time because she has another client and wouldn’t get to me until Sunday. I said okay then she called me an hour later saying it was done didn’t ask me a single question about my taxes which is obviously concerning and then wanted $345 for doing my taxes which happened to be the same amount as my return so I think she increased it to... read more
I made an appointment for Friday at 11:30. I walked in and they said my appointment was yesterday (it wasn’t). Told me they would have someone to help me soon and made me wait another 30 minutes. Took off work for this appointment. Very disappointed with the scheduling error and will not be returning in the future.
