$400+ and had subpar quality... They had to google my questions about credits. If you do any investing or have any complexities about your taxes…go somewhere else. I’ll be doing my own from now on.
Very disappointed this year with H&R, the women that attended my case did not have a clue of how their own portal works. She was rude and unprofessional.
Do not use this location. Although they are all very nice. It's like they have a requirement that you have to be at least 90 years old to work there. Asking them to look into issues is like talking to a brick wall. They hire admins who know nothing, lose paperwork, and forget conversations. I wanted to pull my hair out last season dealing with them, and now I am finding out they filed my taxes incorrectly after hours of talking to them about the very issue I am being over billed for. I have left four messages about a question I have on my tax return. To date no reply or call back. For what they charged I would have thought their service would have been first class.
They got the job done, but TurboTax is a much more economical option. If you cannot do TurboTax, this is a plan B.
