We made an appointment to get our taxes done. All our paperwork was in order and they scanned all our personal data, including our drivers licenses, and told us to comeback the following evening. We show up promptly on time, only to wait 10 minutes while our tax agent used the restroom. When she returned, she had no clue with who we were, even though we had just been there the day before.
